Ahhhh, Christmas. The most wonderfully stressful, chaotic, expensive time of the year. We love it, though. It makes us happy to see others happy. I, personally, am more of a giver than a receiver. There is something about watching someone open something they wanted or asked for and to see genuine excitement on their faces. Besides the meaning behind Christmas, that's one of my favorite parts and one of the reasons I love Christmas so much.
We started our morning with a little coffee and a simple breakfast, then we woke the kids up to get the day going. Then later Aaron's parents came by to exchange gifts.
