When Liam was little, he was obsessed with water. I mean, really obsessed. If he found a puddle, he played in it. Bath time was always a favorite time to gather his toys and splash around. The sink filled with water was always something he loved as well. If the sprinkler was on, he was dashing toward it. We even bought a water table so he could have access to water anytime he wanted it. Swimming is no different. This kid still loves water. And, he's a natural-born swimmer. Our next door neighbor has an inground pool and always invites Liam over for a swim. I think this kid would sleep in the pool if we allowed it. One time we invited a neighbor friend over so Liam could have a swim buddy. Most of the time he goes alone. The kids had a blast until Adalyn's right foot accidentally slipped into the pool when she was walking close to the edge, causing her to scrape her little leg. It was fun while it lasted. Liam and I walked her home and chatted with mom about her time there and the little incident that happened at the end. She was okay.
This is a post of two different days.
