It was a different setting this year. We would have invited Aaron's parents over like we did last year, but this silly virus changed our plans. We had to cancel all holidays with our families. I still cooked for the five of us (including my live-in mom). We had a free turkey from Aaron's work, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes with beef and turkey gravys, stuffing, macaroni and cheese, dinner rolls, and apple pie. It was nothing fancy, but just what we needed. I was thankful I could share another Thanksgiving with my mom. She isn't in the best of health and you never know what could happen and when. Although we did have a great time together, we were missing our other family members on that day. We went around the table and said what we were thankful for. It was nice. I only took one picture and that was of my ingredients, so I'll spare everyone that nonsense and post a picture from last year that I never posted (I was almost too late since we started filling our plates). I hope everyone had a great holiday! I'm looking forward to the next one.
