During the peak of the pandemic, Liam had a birthday. He asked for a new bike since he felt he was outgrowing his old one. He definitely was, no doubt. We searched and searched and couldn't find a single bike. Why? Because everyone else had the same idea. What better way to spend time in quarantine than to get out with your family and ride bikes, right? We had to come up with something else for his birthday in the meantime until we could find what we were looking for. Well, wouldn't you know that we were still looking for one many months later?! Liam was so patient; he was gold during all of it. We did finally find a bike that he really liked and it is perfect. We purchased a 26" because his legs are so long. Eeeek! When did he get so big?! He has been riding and playing with the gears, 18 of them as a matter of fact, ever since. I'd say he is one happy kid.
