What a weekend! The whole weekend was filled with parties, swimming, good food, drinks and fireworks! I heart our celebrations here. I will say that our neighborhood always knows how to have a great time, and the planning that goes into the event is absolutely amazing. However, we decided to hang back from our neighborhood function for our own reasons, but we did enjoy other things. Aaron and I grilled out. My mom wanted burgers, the boys wanted hot dogs and we wanted salmon. Of course, there was drinking involved and a killer patriotic playlist that we blasted throughout the 'hood. It was such a nice day, too! Perfect, if you ask me. We are definitely looking forward to next year! Happy 4th of July!
