Liam came to me out of the blue and told me he wanted to play basketball. My first thought was that he wanted to try out for a team. I asked, "For school?" He replied, "No, outside." He asked if he could play basketball over at Cali and Maddie's house. I had to send a text to our neighbor asking him if it would be okay if Liam could shoot some hoops for a little bit. He didn't care. It was so random. Liam's not really into watching or playing sports, never has been. I guess I shouldn't be surprised because apparently he plays basketball with the boys around the corner. I must say, for as uncoordinated as he is when it comes sports, this kid has some great shooting skills.
