Barbecuing with Family and Friends on Our Anniversary

Aaron and I really didn't have much planned for our anniversary.  We just usually chill at the house or do a little shopping.  One of these days we may treat ourselves to a nice getaway, but for now we take it easy and keep it simple.  My great nephew was in from D.C. and stayed the night with us the night before.  Landon, Liam, and Gavin are buddies.  I had to take Gavin back to my sisters the next day so she invited us out for a BBQ.  Sounded good to us!  We had so much fun.  I'm so glad we accepted the invitation because we were able to spend time with out-of-town family and see some of my niece's friends I hadn't seen in a long time.
