A Break to No Break

Lately the kiddos have been taking breaks from playing so the parents can have breaks too.  Because we were watching the kids every day (going back and forth between houses), Amber and I were getting behind on work, running errands, laundry, and so on.  Liam has been asking me to go outside and wanted me to come out and sit with him.  He told me that he wanted to take his blocks out and build for a little bit.  Well, not even 10 minutes into building, Cali made her appearance and jumped right in to help Liam.  They started building a city and then they stopped to be their usual silly selves.  This time it included big bear hugs.  Not too long after she stopped over, I had to send her back home so we could carry out the "break" mom and I had agreed on.  The kids had fun, even if it was only for a short time.
