Batter Up

Aaron had been itching to get the boys to a batting cage this year.  We finally broke down and went.  The machine pitch was convenient, considering Aaron and I are a little rusty at pitching.  This was ideal for Landon having different speeds to choose from.  He mainly stuck with 40 and 55mph pitches.  They also had 65 and 80mph.  Wow!  He did great!  Aaron and I took our turns as well.  I haven't hit a ball in a long time so it was nice getting back into the swing of things, pun intended.  Liam was going to try, but the slowest ball would have been too fast for him.  He just hung back and watched all the other kids hit the balls.
