Digging For Gems

Boy, what a mess!  The digging began and then quickly turned into quite a disaster.  Pieces everywhere!  We all took turns trying to find the hidden gems.  Liam was having a ball!  When we've gone out of town to visit museums, and the kids found digging exhibits, they would get lost for hours.  Well, this was no different.  I think Liam worked on this for a good two hours until he finally gave up for the night.  I left the mess overnight so he could continue the next day.  He's determined to find all of the gems.  Landon heard all of the commotion and walked over to see what was going on.  He had fun, too.  And it was a good opportunity for the boys to bond and take turns.  They were so cute to watch.
